Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly/Filtration Specialist to join our team at Netafim USA. In this role, you will be responsible for building and reconfiguring products, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move products in and out of storage
  • Use schematics to build or reconfigure products as needed
  • Prepare Assembly products for shipment to customers
  • Complete detailed production and inventory information
  • Maintain accurate physical inventory and work area cleanliness
  • Integrate Lean and 5S programs to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Equipment certification (forklift, reach truck, order picker)
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO
  • Detailed oriented and mechanically inclined
Working Conditions

This is a warehouse environment with a focus on standing for long periods of time.

Compensation

$21.00-$22.00 DOE
