About the Role

This is a full-time position with 1 hour of work per week, working a 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy treatments and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
  • California Physical Therapist License required.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
