  • Provide direct care support to clients, assisting them to achieve their goals and promote independence.
  • Act as a role model, encouraging positive change and community integration.
  • Administer medications and provide transportation using company vehicles.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma/GED.
  • 18 years of age or over.
  • Active driver's license.
  • Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English.
