ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our NICU, providing care to critically ill newborns and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- Experience as a NICU RN preferred
- Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- BLS required
- NRP certification required
