**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Director to join our Policy and Research team at Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting policy, legislative, and regulatory analysis for the commercial health insurance market.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on public policy matters affecting commercial health insurance coverage and manufacturer patient assistance.
- Analyze trends, research studies, and third-party policy analyses relating to the uninsured, employer-based coverage, individual and small group insurance markets, patient assistance programs, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
- Lead the development of up-to-date talking points and materials in support of federal and state advocacy efforts on commercial health insurance coverage.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work and prioritize tasks independently, and have demonstrated expertise in designing, reviewing, and interpreting in-depth policy analyses to support public policy advocacy.
