Supplier Quality AnalystJob Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing our Supplier Quality (SQ) strategy, aligning business requirements with supplier quality initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and protocols for regulated products and processes, thereby maintaining high supplier performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Update and implement SQ processes.
- Assist in driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support Quality Transition Plans (QTP).
- Monitor supplier performance metrics.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality Management IT tools (e.g., Windchill, Archer, Appian).
- Provide support for internal and external Quality Management System audits.
- Conduct Supplier Quality data analysis and prepare metric reports.
- Manage the Approved Supplier List, ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), reviewing supplier agreements, and maintaining critical supplier records.
- Complete and review compliance reports.
- Embrace a hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality and Compliance, particularly in purchasing controls.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and knowledge of ISO13485/9001/FDA standards, CAPA, and EUMDR.
- Proven expertise in managing internal and external audits for PEPF and QMS processes.
- Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
