Job Title: Catering/Driver (Part-Time)

Gettysburg College is seeking a part-time, casual Catering Server/Driver for the Catering Services Department.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the delivery, set-up, and tear down of catered functions throughout campus. The Catering Server/Driver will assist with other duties as assigned in Dining Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, set up, and tear down catered functions on campus
  • Assist with other duties as assigned in Dining Services
  • Work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekday, and weekend hours
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one to two years of food service experience highly desired
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Favorable driving record as outlined by the College's fleet policy
