We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at OPH. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide legendary customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment by adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guests for cues.
• Communicate information to management to ensure the team can respond to guest needs.
• Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance.

• Ability to learn quickly and understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Constant standing, walking, and computer/POS register usage.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 40 lbs.
