As a Tax Preparer Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their tax returns, ensuring all necessary information is collected, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with tax return preparation, including entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
  • Ensure all H\u0026R Block clients are receiving superior service
  • Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs is required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
