We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team at ProCare Therapy. As an SLP with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, developing individualized plans to support their speech and language development, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support speech and language development, taking into account each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance student success and ensure that students receive comprehensive support.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged in the student's progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist Licensure, including a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Clearances: Active PA clearances and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably with K-4 students.
