Ultrasound Sonographer Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Sonographer to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Hazleton, PA. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams to diagnose and treat various medical conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sonographer preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
