Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a team to fulfill the daily shipping agenda and manage incoming materials as required.
  • Utilize powered industrial equipment for loading and unloading trailers.
  • Adhere to established protocols for preparing shipments, including truck and parcel dispatch.
  • Follow procedures for receiving incoming materials efficiently.
  • Prepare products for dispatch, ensuring proper wrapping, banding, shrouding, and labeling.
  • Verify receipts to ensure that only undamaged products are entered into our systems, maintaining accurate records.
  • Safeguard the quality and integrity of materials during loading and unloading operations.
  • Document all material movements accurately and update the Oracle system as necessary.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing materials, including finished goods, raw materials, and supplies, in designated staging and storage areas.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, performing bending, reaching, lifting, and sorting tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification and operate powered industrial equipment.
  • Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Oracle.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
