Position Summary:

The Embedded Software Supervisor will lead a team of skilled firmware developers, responsible for creating requirements, developing code, and conducting testing in various phases of the project. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of embedded firmware developers, providing guidance and technical expertise to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the development process.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in firmware development, with a strong background in C++ and embedded Linux platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing performance reviews, task assignments, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and task boards.
