Hilltop Custom Cabinetry is seeking an experienced Hardwoods Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for processing and fabricating hardwoods in a fast-paced, automated custom shop environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our schedule includes Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate your needs. We also offer vacation time, holiday pay, 401(k) matching, annual bonuses, and overtime opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fabricating and assembling hardwood components using various machinery and hand tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production
- Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
