Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNA Assistant to join our team at Providence Hospital Medical Center - Berkley. As a key member of our care team, you will provide basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Aid patients with movement and placement, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Document necessary records and maintain accurate patient information.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and well-maintained, including medical equipment.
