Sign Fabricator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our team at GPAC. As a Sign Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling signs using various materials and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and assemble signs using aluminum and steel structures, following blueprint requirements.
  • Operate various equipment, including shears, grinders, torches, press brakes, and drill presses, as needed.
  • Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions.
  • Verify dimensions and product specifications to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Adhere to assembly safety standards and complete all tasks and to-dos assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Welding abilities in MIG, flux core, aluminum, TIG, and stick.
  • Good dexterity and organizational skills.
  • Be obsessive about quality.
  • Signage experience is a must.
  • Certified Welding Certificate is preferred.
