Clinic Director Job Summary

Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and driving clinic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supervising clinical staff, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement clinical goals and performance metrics to drive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals to drive clinic growth.
  • Implement marketing efforts to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
  • Monitor and adapt performance to budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited program.
  • 2 years of experience in providing skilled therapy with a variety of tools to better serve varied patient populations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clinical staff.
