Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and maintenance of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM) systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of intricate business process needs and propose suitable system solutions.
  • Gather, interpret, validate, and document client requirements effectively.
  • Organize workshops to elicit business requirements.
  • Align client business needs, workflows, and objectives.
  • Develop necessary product modifications to meet client expectations.
  • Travel internationally (30-50%) to Spanish-speaking regions and domestically.
  • Design and evaluate PP and WM modules.
  • Identify discrepancies, challenges, and alternative solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients to resolve software issues.
  • Document functional specifications and testing scenarios.
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to business processes and systems.
  • Provide consultancy for new implementations and ongoing support initiatives.
  • Bridge the gap between business units and technical teams.
  • Deliver on-demand training and user assistance as necessary.
  • Work autonomously and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Coordinate and assist in resolving critical support tickets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-8+ years of professional experience in a technology role related to manufacturing processes and relevant SAP modules (PP and WM).
  • Familiarity with accounting processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to evolving environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory contexts in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry (GxP).
  • Demonstrated ownership and a strong capacity to lead change through positive collaboration.
  • A highly cooperative work style that engages effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in navigating complex, matrixed organizations and managing ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, mentor, and inspire those around you.
  • Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to engage and collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including humility, active listening, creativity, and negotiation.
  • Experience working in a multinational, multicultural business setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with additional SAP modules such as Quality Management (QM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Experience with SAP S4HANA.
