Express Employment Professionals of Lakewood, OH is seeking a Staffing Consultant to join our team. As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-person interviews with candidates, serving as an employee advocate, and preparing candidates for interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
  • Provide coaching and guidance to candidates to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews
  • Utilize our proprietary database to maintain and update candidate information
  • Facilitate interview processes with clients and candidates
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent communication
  • Market and sell candidate skills and experience to organizations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and coaching
  • Strong desire to build the business and accept challenges
