Job Summary

The Security Officer 2 plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, medical staff, and employees at Baylor Scott & White Health. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work under stressful conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol assigned areas to detect potential safety hazards and deter crime
  • Investigate thefts, accidents, and other incidents
  • Provide customer service and respond to public service calls
  • Assist Police Officers as needed and respond to medical emergencies
  • Maintain secure facilities and control traffic flow
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Less than 1 Year of Experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Commissioned Security Officer (LSO) Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
