We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide medical, vision, and dental insurance (with 90% premium coverage), paid time off, 10 major holidays off, and a 401(k) plan. Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
  • Create rapport with patients by remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Address patient concerns, respect boundaries, and demonstrate sensitivity towards individual challenges.
  • Rotate through other office tasks throughout the day to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and proven ability to multitask.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
