Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and operate equipment as required.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Dakota or a compact state.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in progressive care or critical care nursing.
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
