Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Perform pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies and cleaning materials.
  • Remove waste and soiled linens from rooms and hallways.
  • Ensure public areas and storage spaces are tidy and well-kept.
  • Restock cleaning carts and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues and missing items to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Environment:
This role may require flexible hours and the ability to stand for extended periods. Adherence to personal grooming standards and uniform requirements is essential.
