Lead Full Stack Developer, Generative AI Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer, Generative AI to join our team at S Piper Staffing LLC. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative cloud software solutions using Generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of technical software solutions and ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Drive business change and success by adding value to customers' businesses through the development of customized software solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand their needs and requirements, and design and deliver innovative cloud software solutions.
  • Write and maintain peer-review code, and seek out continuous improvement and customer value.
  • Lead, mentor, and train other developers, and drive consistency and quality across various projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in.NET Core /.NET Framework.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Generative AI.
  • Bachelor's Degree required / Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • 5+ years of Python development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with MS Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 3+ years of experience with React.
  • Strong experience in building out APIs.
  • Passion for working with cutting-edge, Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience working on integration projects and digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to potentially work flexible hours with international teams as needed.
  • Team-focused mindset and desire to create the best possible product.
  • Strong experience leading, mentoring, and training Full Stack Developers/Teams.
  • Strong consulting background and experience acquired from a large consulting firm, preferably one of the Big 4 consultancies.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation experience.
  • Adheres to the fundamentals of good development practices and knows how to apply them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with clients, customers, and co-workers.
