Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Utilize specialized techniques, such as trigger point therapy, to address specific patient needs.
- Collaborate with geriatric care specialists to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics and injury prevention techniques to promote healthy living.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements:
