About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team at PPG - USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail and contractor customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and assess the needs of wholesale and retail customers, offering solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Mix, stain, and match paint according to customer requests, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
  • Move, load, and unload products securely for storage, delivery, and order processing.
  • Ensure the store is always clean and stocked with paint and other store products.
  • Process orders and payment requests received in person, by phone, or online.
  • Use the POS system to receive payments and withdraw money from customers.
  • Make local deliveries using the company vehicle, with training provided.
  • Report to the Store Manager and contribute to a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills; fluency in Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license in the current state of residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
  • Customer service skills with a team-oriented approach and a stable work history.
  • Available to work flexible business hours, including nights, weekends, and possible overtime.
