Job Title: 11am Intake Relief Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Relief Operator to join our team at our Dairy Foods manufacturing facility in Kiel, Wisconsin. As a Relief Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including baggers, palletizers, and cookers
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of solid work experience in any industry
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a variety of temperatures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food manufacturing or a related field
  • Knowledge of high-tech food processing and packaging equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors
