About the Role

At Prime Healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
  • Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign measurements, wound care, and medication administration, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, including restocking supplies and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing skills.
  • Minimum six months' previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office, preferred.
