Job Overview

TORP Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role will involve maintaining commercial properties, including responding to work orders and communicating with vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, including experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing systems. They should also be able to work well with others and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting properties to identify potential maintenance issues
  • Responding to tenant concerns
  • Troubleshooting plumbing and electrical needs
  • Responding to fix-it items such as facilities, electrical, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance
  • Communicating with Property Managers and team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of building maintenance experience
  • Ability to work on automated systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
