About the Role

This is a broad-scoped caregiver position that requires full responsibility for direct resident care. As a Resident Assistant II, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance. You will also provide orientation and support to new resident assistants and may act as a shift lead as established by community standard.

What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of demonstrated experience as a caregiver
  • Completion of specific medication training required by state statute
  • Completion of other state-required education classes according to statute
  • CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred
