We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dining Support Specialist to join our team at North Fork Table & Inn, a well-regarded restaurant located in the picturesque countryside of Long Island.

Overview

North Fork Table & Inn is a beloved dining destination that prides itself on showcasing the finest ingredients from local farms, vineyards, and waters. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our guests, and we need a reliable and hardworking individual to assist us in achieving this objective.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting servers with delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist servers with delivering food and drinks.
  • Maintain a high level of menu knowledge.
  • Refill water glasses and handle guest requests promptly.
  • Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional service to our guests.
