Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse - Patient Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, and work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver outstanding results.

• Provide patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families through empathetic and compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment progress.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred.
