Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our marketing campaigns. We are seeking an experienced professional to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing strategies across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and experience in project management, preferably in a large service organization setting. You will be responsible for developing and distributing marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Planning: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Develop and distribute engaging marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and organizing files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Marketing and Communications Project Management: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications project management, preferably in a large service organization setting.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
