Senior DevOps Engineer for Network Automation

This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing automation, operational support, and monitoring technologies for the network engineering and operations teams. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technology issues, configure, and maintain systems, and support a variety of industry-standard tools and applications.

We're looking for a self-starter with a deep understanding of Linux, experience with Netbox, Terraform, and/or Ansible, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash. You should be able to create and maintain scripts and tools to automate the configuration and usability of our network infrastructure.

As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, optimize, and implement automation, operational support, and monitoring technologies for the network engineering and operations teams.

  • Create and maintain scripts and tools to automate the configuration and usability of our network infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related DevOps experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SRE/Operations Engineer.
  • Deep understanding of Linux.
  • Experience with Netbox, Terraform, and/or Ansible.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
