Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical AV design and proposal process, including proposal development, bid/service contract pricing, and material and labor estimates.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our AV Design Consulting Practice, driving project and revenue growth objectives.
- Consult with enterprise IT clients, perform pre-sales engineering, and provide expert input on audio visual system design and implementation.
- Develop and evaluate emerging technologies to maximize the firm's services and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure work products meet Align's quality standards and that all technology systems are incorporated into the overall AV system design.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing corporate audio visual (AV) systems.
- Prior experience working for an AV Integration or Consulting firm, or leading Corporate AV teams and implementation.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings as they relate to technology, audio, video, data, and control system design.
- Candidates must be sales-minded and entrepreneurial with a desire to drive and support new sales teams and effectively manage accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification is preferred.
- Relevant Polycom, Cisco, or Crestron experience would be a plus.
- Broad knowledge of several areas, including project management, workplace architecture, and digital signage.
