About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of clinicians at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Assess and Evaluate Patient Needs: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop recommendations for modifications or equipment requirements.
  • Provide Patient and Caregiver Education: Educate patients and caregivers on effective communication strategies, swallowing techniques, and other relevant topics.
  • Accurate and Timely Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • MA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License: Must hold a valid MA SLP license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
