Nixon Peabody is seeking a highly skilled Department Attorney to join our Private Clients Practice Group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our nationally recognized Private Clients lawyers to craft estate plans and achieve management goals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement practical planning solutions to protect clients, minimize taxes, and preserve business and wealth through multiple generations.
  • Partner with individuals, families, and business owners to create customized estate plans.
  • Represent clients in estate, income, and gift tax planning matters, as well as trust and estate administration.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least five to seven years' experience in estate planning for high net-worth clients.
  • Strong foundation in gift, estate, and income tax planning.
  • L.L.M. degree in taxation is a plus.
  • Principals only.
