Genie Healthcare is seeking an experienced Long Term Care LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to fill an opening in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Long Term Care as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
- AHA BLS certification.
- Valid CO or Compact LPN License.
- At least 2 years of experience in LTC setting.
- IV certification.
- Ability to live at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Industry-leading pay.
