  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance assessment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to change, with a proactive approach to managing evolving priorities and demands.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and convincingly.
  • Experience with warehouse relocation and WMS implementation is advantageous.
