About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Regency House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information, providing critical insights for informed care decisions.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed, promoting optimal healing and recovery.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements
  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
