Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude, offering knowledgeable advice on pet products, nutrition, and care.
  2. Product Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the diverse range of pet care items available at Natural Pawz, including their features, ingredients, and applications. Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  3. Sales Assistance: Guide customers in selecting the appropriate products for their pets and provide tailored recommendations. Stay informed about current promotions and loyalty programs.
  4. Transaction Management: Accurately process customer transactions, manage cash and electronic payments, and ensure the cash register is balanced.
  5. Store Presentation: Keep merchandise organized on shelves, assist with inventory replenishment, and help maintain an attractive and orderly store environment.
