Oversee and align educational programs with staff to meet state and federal standards.
Ensure that facility conditions are safe for children and adhere to all relevant regulations.
Assess and procure educational materials, tools, and supplies.
Lead and mentor teaching staff while encouraging their professional growth.
Conduct interviews, hire, and train new personnel, ensuring compliance with all policies and legal standards.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with childcare practices.
Engage with parents regarding their children's progress and the center's policies.
Manage financial planning and ensure the center's profitability.
Develop and implement a marketing and communication strategy.

Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
Licensure is mandatory.
Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing childcare.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
