Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized plans of care that address patient needs and goals

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services, including standardized interventions and goal-oriented outcomes
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
  • Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and self-management
Requirements
  • One year of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care as a Physical Therapist
  • Registration with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations
