We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. As a caregiver, you will provide comfort touch massages to Hospice patients in their home environment.

About the Job

This is a part-time or casual position with flexible scheduling. You can work 1-2 days a week, with a variety of days and hours available. This role offers:

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team approach to care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered services. This includes getting to know patients in their home environment and understanding their unique needs.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Massage Therapist will include:

  • Providing effective and efficient patient care through comfortable touch massages
  • Traveling within a designated geographic area to visit patients in their homes
  • Communicating with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF POST-SECONDARY COURSE OF STUDY FROM AN ACCREDITED/LICENCED SCHOOL FOR MASSAGE THERAPY
  • AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A MASSAGE THERAPIST
  • PREFERRED: HOSPICE MASSAGE THERAPY EXPERIENCE
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PROOF OF AUTO INSURANCE
  • CPR CERTIFICATION
