About the Role

ATC Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support the educational and personal development of preschool students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in the classroom setting, promoting their social, emotional, and educational growth.
  • Assist teachers with student needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Model positive behavior and social skills, encouraging students to develop essential life skills.
  • Participate in classroom activities, such as cleaning and preparing materials, to maintain a well-organized and engaging learning space.
Requirements
  • Child Abuse and Mandated Reporter Training
