Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

Job Summary:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various trauma and illnesses. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, prioritize injuries based on medical need, and make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patients with various trauma and illnesses
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
