Job Overview

At Whitewater Express Car Wash, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of car wash experts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of car wash experts to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance leadership skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the car wash industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
