About the Role:
This key leadership position oversees daily production requirements for assigned crews, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. As a Crew Team Leader, you'll be responsible for communicating effectively with crew members, customers, and corporate personnel, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate payroll and revenue information for assigned crews.
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in enforcing company policies, procedures, and work requirements.
- Observe, support, and guide crew leaders to achieve operational priorities.
- Oversee OSHA and ANSI standards, as well as company safety and personnel policies.
- Assist with equipment repairs, scheduling preventive maintenance, and bidding work.
- Promptly handle customer complaints and communicate daily with the General Foreman on crew activity, equipment issues, and safety concerns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Crew Leader or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, both verbal and written.
- Must meet all qualifications of a Crew Leader.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Herbicide Applicators or Operators Certification license, ISA certification, and/or other required certifications.
- Must be computer literate, able to read maps, and possess a valid driver's license, CDL, and/or medical certificate for the vehicle being operated.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and job duty skills tests.
