Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Overview

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Attendant is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our patrons. This role involves engaging with guests to facilitate the delivery of all food and beverage items at our premium lounge, operated by Airport Dimensions in collaboration with the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club. The F&B Attendant is responsible for ensuring prompt service and maintaining the quality of food and beverages.

  • Customer Interaction – Upholding a cheerful and courteous attitude to ensure an elevated guest experience while addressing inquiries accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive experience for all guests and address complaints in alignment with company policies.
  • Serve as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Relay food orders to kitchen staff, noting priorities and special requests.
  • Assist wait staff with table settings by providing necessary tableware and utensils.
  • Deliver food and beverage items following established service protocols in a timely manner.
  • Check in with guests to take additional orders or refill beverages as necessary.
  • Communicate guest feedback or requests to restaurant staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
  • Clear dirty dishes and utensils from tables.
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items and ingredients.
  • Ensure the timely and safe delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
  • Effective presentation skills in both individual and group settings.
  • Capability to maintain composure under pressure and awareness of diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Professional appearance in accordance with service standards.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and standing.
  • Consistent reporting on work activities.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must successfully pass a security background check for airport access.
