Job Summary

The Enterprise Security Engineer is a critical role within HP's IT department, focused on designing and implementing advanced security solutions. This position requires a versatile security professional skilled in multi-platform security technologies, with expertise in managing a range of security controls to ensure a holistic approach to data security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions, including data loss prevention, SSL decryption, and web application firewall implementations.
  • Partner with HP's CyberSecurity team and Enterprise Security Architect to ensure a coherent security architecture and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into higher-level security or IT architectures.
  • Conduct training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences on relevant security solutions and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with 3-5 years of experience at the Expert level.
  • Certifications or advanced training in Zscaler products, Microsoft E3, and other relevant cybersecurity tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in enterprise networking environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
